It's true, the wizarding world has it's own ministry. Here all of the ministry officials can be found such as the Minister of Magic. It is rare that the Ministry ever come in contact with the humans and the human Minister, but desperate times call for desperate mesures. Ever so often the Minister of Magic will meet with the Minister of London and discuss things.
